"*******Extremely unprofessional******** AVOID THIS AGENT I purchased an coop apartment policy through Max back in the summer. I was denied by the coop board beginning of Sept. and I notified Max the following day which is 9/3. I have been calling numerous times and still havent receive my refund as of today-9/30. I called in today and the lady by the name of Weng answered my call with a horrible attitude, she raised her voice at me and talked over me during the conversation. She shamed me by questioning me if I am in need of that 400 refund? I was like excuse me? How dare she talked to her customer like that? I deserve to get my money back on a product or service that i never received. Run away from this place and go somewhere else. 名字叫Weng的女人態度非常差 一直跟我說9/11已经辦里退款，今天9/30号還没收到，還一直叫我等。還問我是差這400多塊？ 9/3通知Max要求退款到今天還未收到錢，太过份。"

"I have terrible experience this time, I called them 6 weeks ago for a quote, when I followed up with them, I was told they have sent me the quote, but I never received. Finally I found out they lied to me, they thought I am a realtor, I was playing the game with them. But at least they should let me know they don’t want to do the business with me instead of lies. I wasted my time for the calls. Very disappointed! Definitely I won’t renew my current policies with them next year!"
